PRIVACY POLICY

  1. It is the policy of SaddleBrooke Ladies Niners that no Officer or Member shall use the official membership lists (including e-mail, street addresses and phone) of SaddleBrooke Ladies Niners for any purpose other than SaddleBrooke Ladies Niners official business or to provide information to our members of news, events or activities that relate directly to SaddleBrooke Ladies Niners. Anyone abusing this policy will be asked to resign from membership of the SaddleBrooke Ladies Niners.

  2. The President each year shall appoint a chair for Email Communications' Committee.

  3. The Internal Communications Chair will be responsible for sending out group emails for various SaddleBrooke Niners news, events or activities using SaddleBrooke Niners “e” News in the subject line to identify the email as an official Niners email.
