ACE OF THE MONTH/YEAR

One play day each month will be used to determine a low net and low gross winner for the Ace of the Month. A playoff among the monthly winners will determine the Ace of the Year.

STATE MEDALLION

Competition is open to all AWGA members and will consist of the two (2) best low gross and the two (2) best low net 9-hole rounds out of four (4) designated rounds on a league play day. Players need not participate in all four rounds to be eligible. In the event of a tie, a 9-hole play off shall be held within a period of two weeks.

MOST IMPROVED PLAYER

The USGA formula will be used to determine the most improved golfer for the year. To be eligible a player must be a member of the club as of January 1. A player must post at least 20 scores from January 1 thorough November 1 of the current year with at least 10 of those scores on Niner league day events.

RINGER BOARD

Ringer Board is your best score on each of the holes from January through November. The scores on the three nines are averaged.  On December 1 all participants will be placed into four flights by handicap. The low net in each flight will be the winner. Depending on the total dollars collected, more than one winner in each flight may be paid.

The deadline for Ringer Board is August 31 and the cost is $5.00.

CLUB CHAMPIONSHIP
