You may sign up for regular league days using either the Chelsea Internet Tee System at ww.saddlebrooke.chelseareservations.com/login.aspx, the Phone Reservation System (825-1716), or the Pro Shop Computer. Be sure to save your request confirmation number. The confirmation number is required to cancel a request.

TOURNAMENTS:
Club Championship, President's Cup, and Founders Cup: If you wish to compete in any of these events, a sign up sheet will be posted on the 9ers bulletin board. Circle your number if you plan to enter the competition. If you do NOT wish to compete in any of these events, then you must register through either the Chelsea Tee Time System, telephone reservation system or the computer in the Pro Shop to play follow the field.

OTHER SPECIAL EVENTS:
Sputters, Invitational, Ladies Choice, Lagos, Rally for the Cure, and Ya-Ya Sisterhood (with Mountain View Niners) - A sign up sheet will be posted on the 9ers bulletin board. Circle your golf identification number if you plan to play in the event. Circle your name if you plan to attend the luncheon, and place your check, payable to the SaddleBrooke 9ers, in the appropriate box in the Pro Shop next to the computer.

 

If you have requested to play in a Lady Niners Event, but the tee times have not yet been assigned, use either the phone system or the Chelsea Computer system to cancel your request. This will require your request confirmation number.

If you need to cancel a request to participate in a Special Event (sign up via a sheet posted on the Niners' Bulletin Board), please draw a line through your name and initial. Do not erase!!!

Assigned Tee Times for Tuesday Play:

If tee times have been assigned (any time after 11:58 PM the Tuesday prior to the day you have requested to play), please call the Pro Shop at 825-2505 to cancel. The Pro Shop Staff may instruct you to notify the Niners; however, this is not necessary.
